[Split Billing and Matter Party Features]
– Matter Parties can now be imported from the client list
– The main client is now always included in the party list, but can be excluded from billing by setting their % Responsible to 0%
– Only payments from this party will be reflected on the associated invoice
– Fixed some issues with balance forwarding and previously applied payments
– Now generates multiple invoices for each party whether or not you save the invoices to disk

[Summary Lines]
– Timekeeper Position is now an option on summary lines
– If a timekeeper has multiple rates on an invoice, that timekeeper shows up multiple times with each rate in the summary
– Summary Lines are now available in bulk invoicing

[New Contingency Billing Feature]
– Set which slips to charge the client for
– Set the percentage of recovery for your fee
– Option to deduce slips charged to the client before or after calculating the fee

[Moving Things]
– The list of matters is now properly sorted
– New ability to move slips to another client

– New Network Setup Assistant – makes setting up or changing networking settings very simple
– New Add Slip window to quickly add a slip or batch of slips without having to open a matter
– New option to print full history statements in Billing Center
– New Date Met field in Client Info
– New option to turn on or off alternating row colors in invoices and reports
– New option in Slip Analysis Report to show Slip Notes instead of Slip Names
– New Billing Hold option to Matter Settings – when set, no slips on that matter can be billed

– Spell Check now works in slip name fields and all other fields
– Unapplied Credits and Matter-Level accounts have now been added to the Automatic Bookkeeper
– Payment Center’s From field now lets you easily pick who a payment is from by the relative matter’s party list
– Improved invoice layout — titles, previous balance and condensed statements, and more customization options
– Fund balances now shown on the right rather than left to align with other balances

– Fixed an issue with late fees not automatically being applied under all conditions
– Fixed an issue with late fees and taxes sometimes being changed on an invoice
– Fixed issues with Billing Center batch billing
– Fixed issues with the Slip Analysis Report not properly calculating or displaying time totals under some settings
– Fixed an issue where invoices wouldn’t display properly if there were apostrophe’s in the file path
– Fixed an issue with applying payments and entering data into the From field of the Payment Center
– Fixed an issue with checking for invoice number conflicts
– Fixed an issue with the timekeeper timer losing or gaining a second every few minutes
– Fixed an issue with copying/pasting and moving billed slips
