TimeNet 3.9.14

It’s been a long time coming, and a lot of hard work. This is a maintenance release for TimeNet that brings it to a very stable release. 3.9.14 will likely be the last update in the 3x series, as we’ve also been hard at work on the TimeNet 4.0 release and the TimeNet Law 2.0 release. Both are very exciting, so be sure to check back often for news.
